How do I order?

Please contact us and tell us a little about your needs. We’ll follow up if we need to gather any information to best identify the right equipment and monitoring plan for you. We’ll then send you a quote and you can decide if you’d like to proceed.

Where is the service available?

We are currently primarily serving projects in the greater New York City area, and select enterprise clients nationwide. We’re in beta testing and will expand to more regions soon.

My company has multiple locations. Can you help?

Yes! We’ve built our platform to scale. We can set up an enterprise account, manage user permissions, and create custom dashboards to show exactly the data you need.

My neighbor is making too much noise, can you help?

Unfortunately, no. An unattended noise monitor often can’t distinguish nuisance sounds from normal ambient noise (traffic, HVAC, sirens, etc.), so it isn’t effective for that use‑case.

Can I buy your monitoring equipment?

Our custom hardware is leased as part of your monthly plan and remains the property of SoundMonitor.io. At contract end, you’ll return it to us—equipment is not for direct sale.
